We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in our room was amazing, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel was very quiet, allowing us to relax and get a good night's sleep. The staff were lovely and always ready to help with any request or inquiry. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to the famous Athirappilly waterfalls in the surrounding area.
Nothing not to love.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beautiful Athirapally waterfalls, just a short drive away. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with a medical emergency, arranging transportation and ensuring I received the necessary treatment. the room was well-maintained and equipped with excellent air conditioning, providing a comfortable and quiet stay.
I did find the bed sheets to be initially dirty, but the issue was promptly resolved by the staff.

Not only that, but the room was fantastic. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. It was also very quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The amenities in the room were great too, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

The staff were amazing, especially the 24-hour reception guy who helped us find a doctor and even sorted out the prescription needed. the air conditioning was really good, making the room so comfortable to sleep in. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay enjoyable.
The location wasn't ideal, we had to travel 45 minutes in a car to reach the waterfalls, which is not what I consider "near". the lack of things to do in the surrounding area made it difficult to find some entertainment.

The staff at this hotel were really great and helpful. I had to see a doctor while I was there, and the guy on the 24-hour reception went above and beyond to help me. He arranged a driver to take me to the hospital and even helped with the language barriers. The air conditioning in the room was amazing and kept me cool during the hot weather. The hotel was also very quiet, which was nice for getting a good night's sleep.
The location of the hotel was not as advertised. It was supposed to be near the Athirapally waterfalls, but it was actually a 45-minute drive away, which was not convenient, especially if you don't have a car.
